"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."

- Winston Churchil

At Dove Printing and Graphics we believe that when it comes to contributing to the community we live in, it is our responsibility to give back where and when we can. We would like to introduce you to the ALSSO and the NORTHEAST YOUTH CENTER, with whom we provide print sponsorship. These two organizations are out there on the front lines, doing the work every single day, to improve the lives of others. We hope you'll check them out.

NEYC is the home away from home for the children they serve. The provide safe affordable childcare, recreational activities, summer camps, tutorting and transportation for children ages 3-12. They provide 10 fresh, healthy meals from their scratch kitchen every week to each child, and 15 in the summer! 83% of these kids live below the poverty line and with that comes food insecurity, trauma, and PTSD. They are the only youth center is Eastern Washington that offers mental health counseling to its students and parents. By combining educational, emotional and nutritional support they present a rounded approach to the well-being of each child that walks through their doors. What all these kids have in common is their need for things many Spokane children take for granted; extra help finishing their homework, caring and nuturing adult role models, a safe place to feel loved and accepted for who they are, and a place that offers a variety of ways to learn and be challenged. NEYC provides all of these things.

Check out their website, there is so much more they are doing to read and learn about.
Spread the word. It takes a village and we all can participate in some way to make the world a better place.
